About Mea technology leader who connects strategy to execution

My name is Ashmita Srivastava, and I'm a technology leader focused on building scalable enterprise platforms and driving digital transformation across telecom and retail.

My work spans large customer-facing systems, operational platforms and cross-functional programs that support millions of users. Today I lead initiatives that bring engineering, product, operations and business teams together to deliver platforms that are reliable, scalable and ready for what's next.

My recent focus includes AI adoption, platform modernization and better engineering delivery through stronger systems, governance and leadership practices.

I help organizations move from reactive operations to structured, resilient systems, with everyone aligned on clear outcomes. I'm also passionate about sharing leadership lessons and helping women in technology grow their careers.
